Meet the Staff

ITS FOUNDER:
THEODORE A. MCGINLEY
Theodore McGinley is a founding member of Iron Triangle Solutions LLC, a tactical training company dedicated to providing exceptional training and consulting solutions.
An honorably discharged veteran of both the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Army, Mr. McGinley embodies the core values of Honor, Courage, and Commitment. His military service laid the foundation for a career defined by discipline, leadership, and operational excellence.
Mr. McGinley is a graduate of Veterans Affairs Law Enforcement Training Center (VALETC), and Counsel of Law and Enforcement Education and Training (CLEET) in the State of Oklahoma. With over 10 years of municipal and federal law enforcement experience, Mr. McGinley has served in patrol, SWAT, supervision, and administration roles.
Additionally, he has spent the past six years as a Department of Air Force Civilian Police Program Manager, overseeing critical initiatives that enhance security operations and training programs.
Mr. McGinley brings a diverse background in tactical operations, leadership, and program management allowing him to develop and deliver cutting-edge training solutions that enhance the skills and effectiveness of law enforcement and security professionals.
ITS COFOUNDER:
JOHN D. WILLIAMS (JD)
John Williams, formally known as JD, is a co-founding member of Iron Triangle Solutions LLC, a tactical training company dedicated to providing exceptional training and consulting solutions.
As a retired veteran of the U.S. Air Force Security Forces, JD embodies the core values of Honor, Courage, and Commitment. His military service laid the foundation for a career defined by discipline, leadership, and operational excellence.
With over 36 years of military law enforcement and federal law enforcement experience, JD has served in Nuclear Security, patrol, investigations, SWAT, supervision, as well as the Phoenix Raven Program Manager and other administration roles. He has spent the past 12 years as a Civilian Detective and a SWAT team leader and trainer in the 97 Security Forces in Altus AFB.
JD’s diverse background in tactical operations, leadership, and program management allowing him to develop and deliver cutting-edge training solutions that enhance the skills and effectiveness of law enforcement and security professionals.


ITS COFOUNDER:
Frank Juarez
Mr. Frank Juarez is a co-founder of Iron Triangle Solutions (ITS) based on a combined vision – Forming ITS to be a leading provider of civilian special weapons and tactics training, as well as specialized security services and training for law enforcement, military, and corporate sectors worldwide.
Mr. Juarez brings to ITS his diverse background in law enforcement and security with 10 years of State and Federal law enforcement experience and 22 years of experience in the United States Marine Corps where he served in the Infantry. During his time in law enforcement, Mr. Juarez worked assignments in Patrol, Military Base Security, Commander of Emergency Service Team, Investigations, Supervision and Administration.
Mr. Juarez is a graduate of Veterans Affairs Law Enforcement Training Center (VALETC), and Counsel of Law and Enforcement Education and Training in the State of Oklahoma.
Prior to that, Mr. Juarez served in the United States Marine Corps for 22 years, achieving the rank of Master Sergeant of Marines. While in the Marine Corps Master Sergeant Juarez, is a graduate of a Navy Police Academy and Marine Military Police Academy. He served in the Gulf War, served as a Detachment Commander in the American Embassy’s in Bucharest, Romania, Madrid, Spain, and Algiers, Algeria. As a Master Sergeant and as a Master Instructor, Mr. Juarez taught weapons and tactics at the Marine Combat Training Battalion in Camp Pendleton, California, as well as at Marine Security Guard Battalion as an Assistant Instructor in Quantico, Virginia and at the School of Infantry as Chief Instructor at Camp Geiger and Camp Lejeune, North Carolina.
